1. Product Description

All our products are handcrafted. Due to seasonal variations and regional sources, slight differences in taste, texture, or color may occur. These are not defects but signs of authenticity.

2. Order Acceptance

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not imply final acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders in the event of:

• Incorrect pricing or inventory errors

• Suspicious or fraudulent activity

• Force majeure events (natural disasters, transport strikes, etc.)

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation.

• Delivery time may range from 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

• We use reputed courier partners; however, Nuttin Else is not liable for delays once the order has been shipped.

4. Damaged or Missing Shipments

In case of damage or missing items:

• Email us at contact@nuttinelse.in within 48 hours of delivery

• Attach clear images of the product and outer packaging (with shipping label visible)

• Upon verification, we may issue a replacement or store credit

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the consumable nature of our products:

• Returns or refunds are not accepted

• Exchanges are only allowed for:

o Wrong product received

o Damaged or defective product

o Expired product (within 7 days of delivery)

Please share unboxing video/photos as proof for eligibility

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order, subject to our approval.

• Orders once shipped cannot be canceled.

7. Usage Guidelines

You agree not to misuse the website, duplicate our content, or place orders with fraudulent intent.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, packaging, and content are owned by Nuttin Else and protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Phagwara, Kapurthala (district) Punjab, India. This agreement shall be governed in accordance with Indian laws
